Christian Services Association and XP Ministries

Our ministry is built on a foundation of Kingdom values. There is no limit to the vision we can walk in when our foundation is strong. If we violate a value then we can hold each other accountable in love and realign to the value. All team members (staff, volunteers, church members) must submit to the following values:

1. Exalt Jesus in All That We Do
   Whatever we do in XPwebchurch; we do for Jesus Christ and His glory. He is our focus and purpose and He alone is to be exalted.
   
2. Passion for Christ and His Kingdom
   The XPwebchurch is full of passionate believers in Jesus Christ. We love the Lord our God with all of our hearts, with all of our minds, with all of our strength (Matthew 22:37).  We are a people of passion for Jesus and His Kingdom.
   
3. Personal Devotion and Worship
   Fruitfulness comes out of intimacy. Personal devotion and worship are high values in XPwebchurch.
4. Unconditional Love
   Love is a non-negotiable in XPwebchurch. Love is our highest aim. Our words and actions must bear witness of His heart for those we serve, and those we serve with.
5. Love for the Cross
   The cross of Jesus Christ is one of the central teachings that we have as a ministry.  We love the cross and everything it stands for.  The cross was the testing place of God’s love for us, but it was also the place where He cut covenant between God and man.  It is one of the central doctrines of XPwebchurch.
6. Adhering to the Word of God as a plumb line and foundation for all we are and do.
   We believe in the validity of the scriptures. Everything we do and believe must be verified and confirmed by the scriptures. We give great respect to the word of God in XPwebchurch.
7. Faith
   We believe all things are possible in Him, if we only believe. All His promises are yes and amen, and can be appropriated. Faith in the word of God and who we are in Christ is the cornerstone in all we do in XPwebchurch.
8. Prayer and Intercession
   We believe everything is birthed and sustained through intercession and prayer. We believe God answers prayer! Skilled intercessors and the Webpastors pray for the XPwebchurch congregation on a regular basis. 9. Godly Character -- Purity, Righteousness. No Compromise
   The Lord gives us everything we need pertaining to life and godliness, but it is our choice in how we walk in these gifts. We must embrace His purity in order to flow in His power. May XPwebchurch be known for our pure hearts, right living, integrity and impeccable morals.
10. Fear of the Lord
    We value the fear of the Lord and the conviction of the Spirit. We have a reverence for Him, a respect for Him.
11. Humility
    Jesus’ life exemplified humility. He is our model. We do not exalt people or position but clothe ourselves in humility.
12. Integrity, Honesty and Wisdom
    XPwebchurch walks in integrity, honesty and wisdom in relationships, business and financial dealings, and in spiritual revelation and experience.
13. Mercy and Compassion
    XPwebchurch is committed to walking in mercy and in demonstrating acts of compassion. We believe that mercy triumphs over judgment. We demonstrate mercy towards each other.
14. Grace for Each Other
    All of us make mistakes and fail at one time or another, but giving grace to each other allows for lots of room to grow and learn.
15. Forgiveness
    Forgiveness is a strong value in XPwebchurch. Unforgiveness hurts lives and makes room for bitterness by which many can be defiled. We walk in forgiveness when others err against us.
    
16. Servanthood
    We are servants.  We serve the Lord. We serve each other. We serve the world around us.
    
17. Unity (team spirit – with each other and other individuals and ministries in the Body of Christ)
    In XPwebchurch we have a team spirit - united in heart. We believe we can walk united and still have differences. We respect and honor others and other ministries.
18. Esteeming Others as Higher than Ourselves
    In XPwebchurch, we prefer others before ourselves. We value the lives and ministries of others and do not have condescending attitudes.
19. Coming Alongside Others to Help Them Achieve Their Goals and Dreams
    Your XP Webpastor will want to find out what your desires and longings are. Our heart is to help you fulfill your dreams and release you into your destiny. We are a family and we will all encourage each other in this way.
20. Honor and Respect Each Other
    Jesus looks upon every person with love. He sees the truth, beauty, and potential in every person.  We are called to see and treat others the same way honoring and respecting them for whom He created them to be. There is no place for gossip, backbiting, or negative talk about one another.
21. Honor and Respect Those in Authority
    Honor is a strong value in XPwebchurch. We love to honor and esteem each other, but especially those in authority. It blesses the heart of the Father when we honor those in authority in our lives.
22. Keep Short Accounts of Wrongs Suffered
    Always communicate hurts, offense etc and do not let it build up. We all make mistakes. We make mistakes with each other. We make mistakes in the way we do things. We’re human and when we’re not walking perfectly in the Spirit, we can err. So, if that happens we want to keep short accounts and make sure we communicate hurts with the person that hurt us. We’re to let offenses go and don’t let it build up, but make things right with each other.
23. Clear Communication (say what you mean and mean what you say)
    Let’s say what we mean and mean what we say, so no one has to ever second-guess our thoughts and feelings. We have a freedom to talk it through and communicate clearly.
24. Speak Words that Edify
    No gossip. Never speak negatively about each other behind each others back. Gossip in the body of Christ has destroyed many. So in XPwebchurch, we speak well of each other and encourage each other.  We do not speak negative, but speak words that edify.  We definitely do not want to speak about someone behind their back, but speak words that will build them up!
25. Vulnerability – be open and honest
    XPwebchurch is a safe environment where people can share their hearts without feeling like they have said or done the wrong thing. Be open and honest with one another.
26. Teachability
    We can always learn more. So we need to be teachable and also willing to receive correction. We invite the discipline of the Lord to help keep us on track and moving forward in Him; whether that discipline comes through the conviction of the Holy Spirit or through someone, whose authority we are submitted to.
27. Kindness and Generosity
    XPwebchurch is known for kindness. As a ministry, and as individuals, we live to give. We believe in the Kingdom value of sowing generously and cheerfully, in all things. We believe in giving generously of our finances, time, and hearts. We have abandoned ourselves to Him, which means giving extravagantly in all areas as He directs.
    
28. Flexibility
    As a forerunner ministry, there are often times new things, or things that have to change or be adjusted, expanded or increased so it takes tremendous flexibility.
29. Pleasant, Friendly, Hospitable, and Amiable
    The XPwebchurch congregation is known for the values of pleasantness, hospitality, and friendliness.
30. Positive Attitude
    As a ministry, we always want to look to the positive. Even if it’s a really difficult situation, we rely on God to turn the difficult situation around as we hold each other accountable in keeping positive in our attitudes.
31. Faithful in Tithes and Offerings
    As a ministry, we believe in blessing God with the first and the best. XPwebchurch members are faithful in their tithes and offerings. As a result, the heavens open and blessings poured out upon all.
32. Spirit of Excellence
    We are called to do everything we do unto Him and He deserves excellence in all things. A spirit of excellence flows from a heart of excellence, a desire to do the best we can in every job, role, and opportunity He places in front of us. We choose to do nothing half way, but instead know His fullness by fully engaging in everything we do bringing Him glory as we go! We must honor our commitments, fulfill what we say we will do, be on time, etc.
33. Diligence – Go the Extra Mile
    Those called to XPwebchurch have a strong desire to labor with diligence. We look to go the extra mile.
34. Punctuality
    In the ministry, if we’re called to serve or gather at a certain place at a certain time, then we believe in being there within the time that has been set apart. We don’t believe we should have to make people wait, but ensure that we’re on time. Punctuality is important.
35. Tidy and Modest in Appearance
    We want people to be themselves but we have a value of modesty and tidiness in appearance especially when you are ministering in meetings or engaged in outreach. Groom and attire yourself with a spirit of excellence that honors Jesus and is appropriate for how you are serving. We encourage you to be you, we simply ask that within that you dress and groom yourself so that you are presentable and appropriate for the surroundings in which you serve.
